As part of the ‘Best Employers in NRW 2019’ competition, in which G-TEC took part for the first time, the company received the Great Place to Work Award. In the category of companies that employ 50 to 250 people, G-TEC is among the top four companies.
Great Place to Work Award
To investigate the attractiveness and quality of employers, the Cologne-based research and consulting institute - Great Place to Work surveyed both company managers and employees. Criteria were, for example, quality of management, team spirit in working together, professional training and development offers, company health promotion and work-life balance.
