The first VPS Smart­Tow­er CCTV sys­tem was brought to mar­ket in 2013 and since then, they have trans­formed site secu­ri­ty with a range of rapid­ly deploy­able, wire­less CCTV sys­tems, in order to pro­tect both assets and peo­ple on con­struc­tion projects. Rise in use of AI in secu­ri­ty sys­tems

But per­haps the most sig­nif­i­cant devel­op­ment in recent years has been the increas­ing use of Arti­fi­cial Intel­li­gence (AI) in secu­ri­ty sys­tems and con­se­quent­ly her­alds a major dis­rup­tor to tra­di­tion­al manned guard­ing services.
