Dräger, an international pioneer in the fields of medical and safety technology, is sponsoring the Emergency Service of the Year category at the FIRE Magazine Excellence in Fire and Emergency Awards for the second year running.
Sponsorship reflects Dräger’s commitment to supporting and celebrating the achievements of services that have made a significant difference in fire and emergency performance in the most critical incidents of the past twelve months.

The Emergency Service of the Year (ESOY) award is open to any Fire or Emergency Service
The Emergency Service of the Year (ESOY) award is open to any Fire or Emergency Service and will be given to the service that has demonstrated one or more of the following: improved emergency response; a reduction in deaths and injuries; excellence in operational response; and significant advancements in improving the lives of the community.
Services shortlisted for the accolade include County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service; Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service; Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service; and Nottingham Fire and Rescue Service.
