Bryx, a provider of first responder technology products, has been awarded a fire station alerting contract with Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. With self-installations at five stations, firefighters will be able to respond quickly, efficiently, and with more information.

An additional installation at the dispatch center will keep emergency personnel informed and allow dispatchers to monitor system status.

Improving response times

We are excited to have the Bryx Station alerting system in all five fire stations and integrating it with our Motorola radio system,” said Lieutenant Peters of Cuyahoga Falls Fire Department.

The system is very straightforward and was installed in-house by our city’s Technical Service Department. Bryx’s engineering has met all of our design guidelines, and their sales team has delivered on all promises.”

We’ve also been using their mobile application for the past year and are more than pleased with its performance. This newest technology will greatly improve our response times and support the health and well-being of personnel working to deliver the best possible service.”
