The New York Hilton Midtown is a bustling forty-six story high-rise hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
Sparc has undertaken multiple fire alarm system design projects within the building, including retail tenant fits-outs, modifications to public assembly spaces, and multi-floor, fast-paced guestroom renovation projects.
Fire alarm system
Sparc prepared fire alarm system design documents that were filed with the New York City Fire Department (FDNY).
Sparc also provided construction administration services which included, witnessing pre-tests to limit the Letter of Defect, scheduling FDNY inspections, and participating in FDNY testing. Sparc has also prepared updates to and filed the building FDNY Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan.
