Christian Cook, Lorient’s Quality Manager, reflected on the significance of this year’s theme: “This year’s theme, ‘From Compliance to Performance,’ gives us the chance to reflect with our teams on the journey we have been on over the past couple of years, why compliance is critical to our customers, and what we must do every day to ensure our products perform to meet customer expectations and relevant certification requirements.”
