CFS brigades from the Heysen group are attending a structure fire at the butcher shop and adjoining residential property on Mawson Road Meadows.
6 trucks and approximately 20 firefighters have contained the fire to the ceiling, stopping it from spreading to the rest of the building and home.

Fortunately, the occupant was safely able to evacuate the property, with SA Ambulance Paramedics treating them for shock.
Losses are estimated at $200,000 and fire cause investigators have been contacted.
