The company, which holds the Royal Warrant, can be found on stand FX510 at The Fire Solutions Zone alongside their Halma sister companies. They will be exhibiting a variety of next-generation products including the Soteria range. This includes the flush mounted Soteria Dimension designed for commercial environments with high aesthetic requirements and is also ideal for healthcare environments due to its flat, easy to clean surface. Developing reliable technology A specialist variant is also available, designed specifically for applications that require anti-ligature and anti-vandal features. Our 2019 event schedule got off to a great start with what is undoubtedly one of the main international trade shows in the fire industry: Intersec Dubai. The three day event welcomed more than 1,300 exhibitors from 59 countires, and attracted close to 30,000 visitors. The royal visit and Apollo’s longstanding achievement in manufacturing excellence are documented by an official plaque His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent visited the headquarters of Apollo Fire Detectors in Havant, Hampshire last week to commemorate 40 years of excellence in UK manufacturing by the company. Official plaque During his visit, the Duke took a tour of the manufacturing facilities and met some of the engineers and assembly workers who are behind the award-winning and life-saving fire detection technology made by Apollo.
