McGoff & Vickers were employed to undertake a £1.2million refurbishment of the second floor of the company's Northcliffe House headquarters, which is used by the Metro newspaper and Associated Newspapers Media Group.
Electrical Installation Complete
McGoff & Vickers completed the electrical installation as detailed in the consultant's design specifications and drawings to CAT A and CAT B fit out standards.
Within the same timescale, they undertook the infrastructure works within the basement and risers, fitting a new transformer, cubical switch gear and new uninterruptible power supplies.
Enhanced Performance
They met all of the client's requirements. The client was very satisfied with the work done and the building contractor, in their post-project meeting, praised McGoff & Vickers with a top rating for completing the job on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The 35,000 sq. ft. of space at Northcliffe House is now being used by more than 300 employees.
