A tragic incident occurred in Quaker's Hill, located in Sydney's western suburbs, where a fatal fire broke out in a garage attached to a home on Mannix Place just after 6:15 p.m. Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) were alerted, prompting the rapid response of eight fire trucks to the single-storey residence.
Equipped with breathing apparatus, firefighters confronted the intense flames and dense black smoke emanating from the garage, ultimately discovering a body inside.
