To increase their operational resources for the protection of the various "SEVESO" sites in the sector, the Hainaut Center zone firefighters decided to acquire the EASY 4000 Large Flow Fan. This choice was motivated by the technical characteristics and performance of this firefighting equipment but also by the efficiency of its long-range misting system.

Training Day

Following the delivery, the firefighters took part in a training day led by the LEADER Fire equipment development manager.

This training was conducted in 2 phases:

  • A theoretical presentation of the principles of use of the EASY 4000 firefighting fan
  • outdoor exercises to use the ventilator and its accessories in the field.

At the end of this training, the participants are convinced of the relevance of their choice.

EASY 4000 Large Flow Fan

With a flow rate of 410,000 m3/h, the EASY 4000 Large Flow Fan allows rapid and efficient smoke removal from large volumes such as warehouses, tunnels, covered / underground car parks, multi-story buildings, etc.

It can also extract toxic gases or cool volumes using its misting system. Very versatile, the EASY 4000 can also be equipped with extraction or blowing ducts (optional) to ventilate inaccessible rooms / confined spaces. The Large Flow fan EASY 4000 can be mounted on a trailer or mounted on a skid to be integrated into a vehicle, a robot crawler, or a lorry.
