Safe Fleet: Fire, EMS, and Industrial (FRC, FoamPro, Elkhart Brass, ROM) is excited to announce the addition of Matt Butcher as the Southern Regional Sales Manager.
In his new role, Matt will continue to build and strengthen relationships with Fire & EMS customers in the Southern region. His territory will include: Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Matt has worked in the fire industry for over 18 years selling loose equipment.

Additionally, Matt has been working on the Driver / Operator-Pumper Phase 1 Project at TEEX for the last six years.

In his new role, Brad will be responsible for achieving gross margin requirements, identifying sales trends, launching new products, developing go-to-market plans, and other critical functions.
Product management team
Brad comes to Elkhart Brass with over 15 years of experience in senior management. Coming from Shield Restraint Systems, Brad was the Senior Sales Manager responsible for $45 million in revenue.
Prior to Shield Restraint Systems, he was responsible for engineering, product management, and marketing at Emergency Vehicle Seating. Brads extensive experience with product management, engineering, sales, and analytics will make him a great asset to Elkhart Brass and the product management team.
