- Remote alarm monitoring: Monitoring center operators connect remotely to existing surveillance systems and promptly activate the agreed response procedure when required.
- Personal safety solution: A cellphone app allowing office-based employees, as well as remote workers, to share their exact location and situation directly with Chubb’s monitoring center response team to summon help.
- Chubb portal: An online dashboard and cellphone app providing customers the ability to remotely monitor and manage their fire safety and security
- Chubb cloud: Customer access to Chubb’s cloud, reducing reliance on on-site servers, allowing for increased scale of operations, and reduced
