AW Technology congratulates their clients Cavius, who are based in Denmark, on being awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design award for their new wireless alarm family.
The award winning compact safety alarms detect smoke, heat and floods. The smoke sensitivity of all their alarms is accurately and efficiently calibrated in aerosol, using 4 tunnels supplied by AW Technology.
Security Essen
AW Technology’s Dr Stephen Ellwood is preparing to visit the Cavius factory in China later. It will be a chance to check their calibration tunnels and to discuss production processes and calibration of their smoke alarms. It will also be a chance to enjoy some real Chinese food and practice using chopsticks.
Stephen will also visit a client in Taiwan to commission their new 1800 smoke/heat tunnel. This will be the second tunnel sold into Taiwan this year, and the 7th in total since the 1000 series was launched in 2007.
Cavius will be displaying their products on the stand next to AW Technology at the Security Essen trade fair in September.
