The City of Victoria is opening an overnight emergency warming center to support the Province’s extreme weather response to snow reported in the forecast. A warming center will be open from 8:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. Wednesday morning at the Victoria Curling Club, at 1952 Quadra Street.
