Preforming Risk Assessments
Regularly preform risk assessments that include:
- Identifying vulnerable areas within your organization and community, and recommending ways to reduce them
- Supplying the latest information/tips/ training methods to your members
- Developing partnerships with public entities that may provide mutually beneficial in a crisis
- Conducting regular public education sessions in your community to help inform citizens
- Staying abreast of the latest safety and training technologies
- Investigating best practices for using existing conventional equipment to manage crisis events
- Setting dates to regularly evaluate, update and upgrade crisis-response plans
