Superior Uniform Group brings in two promotions to acheive “Customer First, Every Time”

Superior Uniform Group, Inc., the image apparel company promoted Leslie Kogelmann and Dan Oester.

Leslie Kogelmann has been promoted to the position of Manager of Customer Excellence leading all “Customer First, Every Time” initiatives and directing the efforts of both managers of the National Accounts Customer Care and the Regional Customer Care Departments. Leslie will continue to report to Dominic Leide, Vice President of Administration and Customer Support.

Leslie joined Superior in 1992; she has held the positions of Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager and, most recently, as the Manager of Regional Customer Care. “She has been an integral part of shaping the Company’s customer service offering, building the Regional team and enhancing customer relationships” said Michael Benstock, CEO.

In addition to his current role as the Manager of National Accounts Sales Associates reporting to Dominic Leide, Daniel Oester has been promoted to Manager of Regional Customer Care reporting to Leslie Kogelmann. Daniel will manage the activities of the Regional Customer Care teams promoting enhanced customer service initiatives. He will continue to manage the National Accounts Sales Associates.

Daniel joined Superior in 2007 as National Accounts Sales Manager. Prior to joining Superior, he held the positions of Sales/Operations Manager and Program Manager with DialAmerica Marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
