In a strategic expansion move, SOCOTEC Group has acquired German-based FOX Certification GmbH, a specialist in information security and cyber certification. This acquisition is set to bolster SOCOTEC's geographical reach and enhance its range of certification services.
The SOCOTEC Group's Certification Business Unit currently operates across 26 countries, supported by a network of 850 auditors across diverse business sectors. With a history spanning over 30 years, SOCOTEC provides a vast array of management systems, services, and certifications to more than 20,000 clients globally.
Strengthening IT and Cybersecurity Offerings
FOX Certification, located south of Munich, has made a name for itself in the IT, cybersecurity, and information security markets. With over 200 key clients and most offerings DAkkS accredited, FOX is recognized for its specialization in cyber and information security.
