On the evening of 03/13/2020 at 23:00 hours, CSVHFD Paramedics and Fireman were dispatched in the area of Buttermilk Pike and Meadowview Dr. for an injury accident. First arriving units located a head-on accident with heavy front-end damage. Medic 514 requested an additional Medic, and Medic 516 was dispatched.
