| Roger Hannay, while stepping down as CEO, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board |
On June 12th, Eric Hannay was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Hannay Reels, having previously served as COO and other positions since joining the company in 1993.
Also on June 12th, Elaine Hannay Gruener was named Chief Operating Officer. With the company since 1994, Elaine had previously held the title of VP Human Resources and will continue carrying out that role while taking on additional administrative and marketing duties.
Both Eric and Elaine are 4th generation family members. Roger Hannay, while stepping down as CEO, will remain active within the company, continuing to serve as Chairman of the Board.
