Since the opening of Optus Stadium, Western Australians can be proud of their stadium, which has played host to some of the most significant events in WA history and has become a tourism drawcard for our state.
The 60,000-seat stadium has hosted a total attendance of more than 2 million people including more than 120,000 visitors from outside of Perth.

It has hosted WA’s highest-ever sporting attendance, with 59,608 attending the AFL Preliminary Final in September 2018, as well as 55,522 patrons for the Chelsea Vs Perth Glory in July 2018.
