Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) teams are actively addressing a truck crash that has resulted in the obstruction of northbound lanes within the NorthConnex tunnel at Pennant Hills.
At approximately 1:15 p.m., a truck jack-knifed and collided with the tunnel wall, situated around 200 meters north of the entrance on-ramp.
