Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) successfully handled a significant fire that broke out in a restaurant located on the Princes Highway in Woonona, Wollongong early this morning.
The fire, which required the deployment of over 50 firefighters and 14 fire trucks, started shortly after 6 am, rapidly spreading and severely damaging the shopfront.
