Visitors to Apollo’s stand (Hall 1, Stand 502F) will have the opportunity to find out about the company’s extensive product and service offering including Apollo-designed and manufactured EN54-11 2001 approved Manual Call Points
Apollo will also use the show to highlight its 15 fire detection products that have been independently evaluated

World-leading independent fire detector manufacturer, Apollo Fire Detectors, will showcase its tried, tested and trusted range of fire detection products at Intersec 2014 (Dubai, 19 – 21 January 2014).

Visitors to Apollo’s stand (Hall 1, Stand 502F) will have the opportunity to find out about the company’s extensive product and service offering including Apollo-designed and manufactured EN54-11 2001 approved Manual Call Points. A full range of Manual Call Points are available including addressable, conventional, waterproof, marine, I.S and SIL and all come with Apollo’s Lifetime Product Guarantee.  As well as being designed to provide easy installation and commissioning, each call point incorporates a highly visible alarm indicator which can be seen from up to 10 meters away.

Apollo will also use the show to highlight its 15 fire detection products that have been independently evaluated to IEC61508, resulting in Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 2. A SIL rating gives confidence that in a ‘live’ situation, equipment will function as planned, which is particularly important in high risk environments such as the marine and offshore industry – a major growth area in the Middle East.

Neil Taylor, Sales and Marketing Director at Apollo, comments: “The Middle East is a key target for Apollo and will play a vital role in helping us to achieve our ambitious international growth plans.  The region’s fire industry is constantly evolving, so events such as this provide an ideal opportunity for our team to meet face to face with installers, consultants, end-users and specifiers.  With this in mind, we would encourage all visitors to Intersec to come on stand and talk to our experts about their fire detection requirements.”
