"Information management for emergency services" was a keynote theme

ROSENBAUER held an all-day press event at its production facility in Leonding, Austria on 17th and 18th September.
At this event, some interesting recent and current vehicle shipments were presented, and the extensions to the facility were officially inaugurated.
The newly built service & customer centre and the expansion of the production facilities at the Leonding plant are a clear statement of ROSENBAUER's commitment to Austria as a manufacturing location. The new building provides 2864 square metres of new floorspace, with an extra assembly hangar and a modern service & customer centre, as well as additional office space.
As a result, the Leonding production location now has total floorspace of 85,300 square metres.
Another keynote theme at this press event was the "Information Management for Emergency Services" research project, which was first presented to the trade public as part of a large-scale preparedness exercise in the nearby Noitzmühle motorway tunnel on 17th September.
