FLAME-SIM will exhibit and host a Solution Showcase session at FRI
Fire Rescue International is just around the corner and our FLAME-SIM team would like to remind you that we will be part of the exciting trade show taking place at the Dallas Convention Center, August 28th and 29th 2009. The FLAME-SIM booth number is 401 which is located near Lobby A/B. In addition to being an exhibitor at this year's FRI, FLAME-SIM is also hosting a session during the Solution Showcase.
The Solution Showcase session will provide you with an opportunity to inquire about the software and see it in action. Two honorary guests will attend the FRI Solution Showcase FLAME-SIM session on Friday August 28th at two o'clock in room A128-129. Chief Jonathan Boyd of Allen Fire Department (Texas) will share results the Allen training division has seen over the past six months while working with FLAME-SIM. Allen Fire Department has used the training software twenty-two times with 150 firefighters going through the simulation training multiple times.
The second guest FLAME-SIM is honored to have in attendance at the solution showcase session is Training Officer Brian Kimberly of the fourth largest fire department in the nation, Houston Fire Department (HFD). Officer Kimberly and his training division have been using FLAME-SIM over the past few months. FLAME-SIM is being used in conjunction with HFD's own previously developed strategic simulation software. HFD's use of technology puts them on the leading edge of simulation based training.
In addition to the FLAME-SIM booth and the session during the Solution Showcase there will also be an off site demo at the Allen Fire Department training center; located about a half an hour away from the Dallas Convention Center. Here you will see FLAME-SIM in its live environment and get to speak with more individuals who have worked with the software.
