E811B Responds To Plane Crash At College Park Airport

E811B was alerted to respond to a plane crash at the College Park Airport. E811B was dispatched as second due engine, arrived first, and took tactical command. On scene, E811B found one damaged single-propeller plane on the runway. The plane failed to take off properly and subsequently crashed on the runway. The pilot self-extricated with no injuries and refused EMS. E811B scaled back the incident and shortly after returned to service after making contact with the FAA.
