Ziamatic Corp. (Zico) is revolutionizing tool and equipment mounting with the EZ-Mount Tool Board System, a better, faster, more comfortable way to outfit apparatus compartments. Features This new system combines the power and durability of EZ-Mount adhesive with all-new, pre-sized tool boards for a superior tool mounting experience: Studs are affixed to each corner of the compartment wall, lined up with the holes in the corners of the tool board. The specially-designed, no-sag adhesive provides 2,700 lb of tensile strength in only 20-30 minutes. Lay out and mount all of the tool and equipment brackets while sitting comfortably at a workbench. No twisting, turning or reaching around the confines of a compartment over and over again. When ready, the completed tool board is simply placed over the studs and secured at each corner. Strain-free mounting process The EZ-Mount Tool Board System provides a neat, clean, strain-free mounting process with no drilling or tapping, eliminating the risk of inadvertent drilling damage to walls and water tanks. Layouts can be changed or updated by simply removing the board from the compartment, re-arranging the tools, and sliding it back into place, with no unsightly holes left behind. Tool boards available in a range of common compartment sizes. Aluminum Peg Boards are 1/4” thick with a 1” on a center grid pattern. Solid Poly Boards are 1/2” thick solid black polyethylene plastic.
Responding to popular demand, Zico has expanded their line of premix and bar oil container storage options and is now offering each model in black as well as yellow. Types of Premix The Single Premix/Bar Container Holder – Black, Model QM-PMH-1-B, accommodates one cylindrical 32 oz. (3-3/8″ diameter) can or one rectangular 32 oz. (2-5/8″ x 4-1/4″) quart container. The Double Premix/Bar Container Holder – Black, Model QM-PMH-D-B, accommodates two cylindrical 32 oz. (3-3/8″ diameter) cans, two rectangular 32 oz. (2-5/8″ x 4-1/4″) quart containers, or a combination of the two, secured and organized where one needs them most. The Gallon Premix Holder – Black, Model QM-PMH-G-B secures rectangular cans up to 1 gallon (7″ x 4.5″). Material and functions Made with heavy-duty steel and aluminum and powder-coated for maximum durability, the brackets reduce the risk of containers rolling, denting, leaking, and puncturing inside the compartment while keeping premix and bar oil right beside the saws. Models QM-PMH-1-B and QM-PMH-D-B include an extra slot for storage of a saw wrench (not included).
Store spare SCBA cylinders, water cans, and fire extinguishers with these heavy-duty molded-plastic cradles. Two models are available: The Plastic Air Cylinder Cradle with Valve Strap, Model QS-PC-VS, features a rugged nylon valve strap that can be bolted nearby, looping around the cylinder neck for added security. Ideal for storing cylinders in wheel well compartments without needing expensive custom metal fabrication. The Plastic Air Cylinder Cradle with Tie-Down Strap utilizes a popular, heavy-duty Tie-Down Strap that loops around the cylinder and cradle with an easy-release buckle for security and speed. Great for use on compartment shelves and more economical than custom-made storage options. Cradle is a single piece of high-quality, easy-to-clean molded plastic. Mounts to virtually any horizontal flat surface. Store multiple cylinders side by side.
