Twiceme Technology has partnered with SCHUBERTH, a globally recognized helmet producer, to introduce smart firefighting helmets, expanding their presence in the firefighting industry.
This collaboration has resulted in the unveiling of the F300, F220, and F130 helmets, which are the first to incorporate digital safety information technology specifically for professional firefighters.
Integration of Digital Safety Features
The integration of Twiceme’s digital safety system aims to streamline safety protocols for users. Firefighters can now manage equipment health, oversee inspections, and ensure compliance with certifications and expiration dates directly from their helmets.
This advancement promises to improve safety standards, decrease incident risks, and reduce costs by enhancing safety management efficiency.

Additionally, Twiceme has been integrated into SCHUBERTH’s CROSSGUARD and BOP industrial safety helmets, allowing users to track helmet inspections and monitor training certifications effectively.
Twiceme Technology, a company building the digital safety standard for jobsites and adventures, announced its entry into the firefighting market through its collaboration with SCHUBERTH, the globally renowned helmet manufacturer.
SCHUBERTH’s new firefighting helmets, the F300, F220, and F130, mark the first time professional firefighter helmets integrate digital safety information technology.
The Twiceme integration will simplify safety for users, allowing them to take control of tracking equipment health, inspections, and compliance, including certifications and expiration dates, to ensure safety standards are met, reduce incident risk, and save costs through efficient safety management.
High-performance firefighting helmets
The three SCHUBERTH high-performance firefighting helmets are designed for operations under extreme thermal stress.
Each helmet includes advanced, high-temperature-resistant HighTemp-Fibre and is certified to Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) and European Committee for Standardization (EN) 443: 2008, meeting the highest standards of safety and performance for structural firefighting, rescue operations, and traffic-accident response.
All three helmets are Type A, with the F220 featuring a modern ¾ helmet shell, the F130 offering a traditional half-shell, and the F300 design optimized for scenarios where working overhead or looking upwards is required.
Historic step for Twiceme
“This is a historic step for Twiceme and for the firefighting community,” said Christian Connolly, CEO of Twiceme Technology, adding “We turn to firefighters when we need help the most, yet we rarely think about how dangerous their profession is. For the first time, they will have access to integrated digital safety information directly in their helmets, empowering action when seconds matter.”
