Upon arrival Engine 3’s crew extricated a severe female patient from the SUV using Amkus GH2S2-XL pump with AMK-24 spreader and AMK-25E cutter. On scene, the patient was considered to have severe injuries including possible fractured right foot with diminished breath sounds on the right side.
