The signal base and the detector compose a unit, which already has a base and is mounted on ceilings, e.g. in hotel rooms, hospitals and nursing homes. The sounder base provides for acoustic alarming in an addressable fire detection system. In case of a fire alarm, the signal base triggers an acoustic signal in parallel to the flashing of the detector LED. Sound intensity and sounds themselves are adjustable, sounds are synchronized with all alarm devices. Compatible to all Sinteso point detectors. No auxiliary power supply required; power is supplied via FDnet. Screwless connection terminals 'orange' incl. 2 micro terminals. For recess mounting. For surface mounting, cable diameter up to 6 m
