Nick Ravaji will report directly to Trevor Sands, CEO of Cosalt Group

Cosalt Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Ravaji as In-House Lawyer for the Group.


In this role, Nick will report directly to Trevor Sands, CEO of Cosalt Group, and will be based at the Cosalt Offshore offices in Aberdeen. Nick will advise on a broad range of commercial activities, including partnerships with suppliers and clients. Nick will also take on the role of compliance and business ethics officer, working closely with the Group CFO and key business heads in developing in-house training on business ethics and legislative compliance. Nick, a qualified lawyer, has significant experience in acting on and managing complex commercial disputes. He will play a key role in managing the final stages of our current litigation in the Scottish Courts against the Melvilles and associated companies.
