The preparation for the 5th Anniversary Kazakhstan International Occupational Safety and Health Conference and Exhibition KIOSH 2015 is in full swing. The project will take place with the active support of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on April 28-29, 2015 in Astana. MCFR Kazakhstan LLC provides information support for the project.
One of the key priorities of the state policy in the field of occupational safety is the development of human assets and maintaining favourable conditions of work activities. The lack of protection of workers from industrial accidents and increase of occupational diseases are serious problems, solution of which depends on many factors.
Preventive mechanisms & increase of employer's responsibilities
The new system of occupational safety and health is being formed in Kazakhstan nowadays, characteristic features of which show the transition towards preventive mechanisms and increase of employer’s responsibilities. This situation requires an active panel discussion of experts. KIOSH 2015 is the only active discussion forum in Kazakhstan, where the participants discuss practical aspects of occupational safety at enterprises.
