Choice Fire & Security Solutions has been appointed by the leading strategic outsourcing business Mitie Technical Facilities Management to provide an array of fire protection maintenance services, under a rolling annual contract, for The Ark – the landmark, 10-floor, multi-tenanted office building in Hammersmith, West London with 168,000sqft of lettable floor space.
The Ark’s fire maintenance requirement
The Ark’s fire maintenance requirement extends across: fire alarms, disabled refuges, fire telephones, sprinklers, dry risers and extinguishers.
Choice Fire Division Director Mark Bettles said: “We are very proud to have been awarded this contract by Mitie.
