The full programme of speakers includes UK and international colleagues, building on last year’s conference with presentations and discussions around potential local and national solutions to community resilience and on-call firefighter recruitment and retention.

Delegates will be updated on national NFCC-led research, in addition to hearing from colleagues from America and Europe discussing innovative approaches to on-call recruitment, retention and wider community resilience. They will also be hearing from some UK Fire and Rescue Services, showcasing examples of on-call related success stories, as a collectively focus on improving this vital emergency provision.
