About Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA)

SPA is part of the LHC Procurement Group, which has been supporting public sector organizations with technical procurement for over 50 years. After consultation with a range of stakeholders, the Scottish Procurement Alliance was formed and officially launched in March 2016. SPA is the largest, free-to-join procurement organization representing over 100 public sector organizations throughout Scotland.
