Worn over fire resistant underwear and under fire resistant suit. This layer provides the necessary protection from airborne chemical agents. Using a high-grade thin porous fluoropolymer membrane with urethane coating bonded to polyester, this suit gives internal protection. Rubber cuffs, ankles and all seams taped; the mid layer suit creates a seal around the body, blocking ingress of liquid or airborne agents. A full front zip with additional velcro closure provides a comfortable and practical opening. The adjustable hood completes the seal over the head.
