UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson announced on Monday (4th January 2021) a new national lockdown for England until at least mid-February to combat a fast-spreading new variant of the Coronavirus (COVID-19 virus), in order to save lives and protect our NHS.
The most recent UK Government guidance has made it clear that construction and manufacturing work should continue throughout the United Kingdom (UK) and sites are to remain open as construction ‘is essential to keeping the country operating’.
