MODAS is a mobile data solution allowing operation personnel to have information anywhere, anytime, typically in the vehicle. Crews can access up-to-date information, such as risk data, hydrant data, GIS and hazchem data. Automatically triggered using the MODAS communications engine and a wireless bearer such as GPRS. A modular system, enabling the brigade to install the systems in either standalone configurations or fully integrated into the command and control system and communications infrastructure.
