Task Force Tips FIRE NOZZLES(66)
The Max-Matic nozzle from Task Force Tips has automatic pressure control with a flow capacity of 100-500 GPM (400-2000 l/min). The nozzle operates at a standard 100 psi (7 bar). The water pattern adjusts from straight stream to a 120 degree wide fog. Further rotation opens the nozzle to flush 3/8” (1 cm) debris without shutting down. Extra features include: 1.5” (38 mm) ball-type shutoff valve with built-in pistol grip mounted below the valve body six detent flow positions optional colored pistol grips handle covers. The nozzle is constructed entirely from lightweight materials.Add to Compare
Task Force H-TO is a full size handline nozzle that incorporates its unique stainless steel slide valve for turbulence free flow control. It is available with 100, 75 or 55 psi operational pressure to meet any fire ground operational challenge.Add to Compare

Download the new TFT SHO-FLOW® app as this dual function application can be used with or without a SHO-FLOW Bluetooth® flow meter. As a stand-alone water flow calculator, many of these functions can be performed using established fire flow formulas. Water flow education videos The app also includes our H2knOw water flow education videos and recommendations for target fire flows when using water or foam. Head over to the APP store or Google Play to download. When used with a SHO-FLOW, get pinpoint accuracy and determine actual flow rates for fire hose lines, nozzles, as well as calculate true Pump Discharge Pressures (PDP), Nozzle Reaction, and Hose Friction, and perform a NFPA 1962 nozzle flow test.
TFT is offering a new nozzle to the North American fire service - The Working Fire nozzle. A 150 gpm @75 psi fixed GPM nozzle with TFT’s pressure relief. The new TFT Working Fire nozzle delivers performance when one needs maximum flows for a “working fire.” For everyday use, it is a 150 gpm @75 psi Fixed GPM Nozzle, but when one need even more GPM, the nozzle’s exclusive pressure relief system dramatically limits nozzle reaction. At low flows, just like every other fixed GPM nozzle, it is clear from the stream quality that optimum flow has not yet been reached. When one achieves the 150gpm rate, the nozzle flows great, and there is about 65lbs of nozzle reaction force. However when one needs a lot more GPM, that is where the Working Fire excels. Increase in reaction force By integrating TFT’s exclusive pressure relief, a 33% increase in flow rates only yields a 33% increase in reaction force. Compare that to a traditional fixed nozzle, which increases 78%. With the Working Fire nozzle, TFT is able to deliver high GPM (200 gpm) with about 30lbs less reaction force than other nozzles. The Working Fire is available in a break-apart or integrated, stainless steel ball valve configuration. Pistol grips, bail handles, and stream shaper are available in colors and spinning teeth are an option. The nozzle has a rugged, black hard coat finish with a black reflective Scotchlite trim. It has a tactile indicator and detent for straight stream that prevents unintended rotation into other streams.
TFT has introduced all new High Rise Kits that help eliminate cumbersome hose line setups and allow for easy visibility of the supply pressure at the standpipe. The kits includes a heavy duty duffel bag, 2.5” angled waterway with in-line pressure gauge (valved and no valve options can be specified), two spanner wrenches, 2.5” x 1.5” reducer for use with a 1.5” coupled hose off of the TFT high rise solution, and 1.5” x 2.5” increaser for break and extend hose operations off of a ball valve shutoff. TFT’s standpipe valve solution is configurable at the time of order. The valve can be customized for a valve handle on the left or right or even spec no internal valve and utilize it as a standpipe elbow with pressure gauge. Unlike competitors’ solutions, it’s a one-piece solution that one does not have to piecemeal together from three or four pieces. Simply connect the one-piece TFT high rise valve and it is ready to go. Easy valve movement under pressure For users that spec the valve version, TFT’s unique half ball design is included, which allows for easy valve movement under pressure to fine tune the desired supply pressure. The valve will not slam shut under pressure. The half ball allows for a true, 2.5 inch unobstructed waterway. The one-piece angled waterway swivels 360 degrees and directs the hose away from the standpipe and the wall. This allows for a simple, universal connection that works for almost any situation and reduces the chance of hose kinks. The angled waterway also has a protected, encased, large display pressure gauge to easily read the pressure off the standpipe. An air bleeder is also integrated to bleed the air from the water supply.
