NCT CBRNe Europe 2015
IB Consultancy is proud to welcome to the 3rd edition of NCT CBRNe Europe
The third edition of Non-Conventional Threat (NCT) CBRNe Europe will take place from February 12-13, 2015 in Brussels/ Belgium. The two-day conference and exhibition will again welcome key decision makers and experts in the field of CBRN Defense from all over Central Europe and the Caucasus. The conference topics will include: Research and Procurement in CBRN Defense in Europe, UAV/UGV Reconnaissance and Surveillance, Operational Decontamination and Threat Mitigation, CBRN Protection and Civil Defense, Mass Casualty Treatment and Medical Preparedness, CBRN as a Service, Major Event Security, and CBRN Import/Export and Border Control.
Research programs from Horizon2020 to national transformation projects are continuing to strengthen European CBRN Defense and emergency preparedness of civil organizations, gathering huge amounts in order to invest in the most advanced technologies and approaches currently available. However, current conflicts along European borders and the challenge of international terrorism still raise the question, whether the continent is really sufficiently prepared for large scale CBRN incidents and respective treatment and response. Some people on the other side of the Atlantic would say no and demand more awareness concerning non-conventional threats, while several scientific reports admonish that European interoperability in this field is at least in need of improvement.
NCT CBRNe Europe 2015 will put these questions on the regional agenda, while giving an overview on several redeployments of resources and financial investments within the leading European CBRN Defense Commands. At the event see how European first responders prepare for the worst and what leading European industry representatives and scientists have to offer.

Organisational security and resilience in today’s climate of extreme threats
National Security and Resilience combines national security needs with an in-depth understanding of the design and implementation of resilience solutions. London sits at the epicentre of knowledge and resilience and is recognised globally as a centre of excellence, notably in national security and resilience.
The NS&R Conference will take place on 8th-9th November in the heart of London, bringing together a wealth of expertise which will entertain, inform and expand understanding. The leading conference programme is matched by its exceptional cast of speakers from across government and industry for one of the best programmes discussing organisational security and resilience.
The importance of organisational resilience
Global turbulence is expected. Competition, instability and uncertainty are constants in a changing world. Organisations face an unprecedented and growing number of potential disruptions to the status quo and the best laid strategic plans. As history repeats itself, prominent organisations will fail unless modern risk management and governance models incorporate scalable resilience metrics.
To survive and prosper in this new environment of heightened uncertainty and change, organisations must move past traditional risk and governance models and focus instead on resilience. Resilience applies at all levels: national, regional, organisational and corporate.
The NS&R Conference will deliver the latest issues and threats facing government departments/agencies, corporations and businesses, and thought provoking discussions on strategies and innovations to ensure you and your organisation meet these changing challenges.
